    My second graders were given the task of reading a biogrphy about a famous person.

    They were then to create a soda bottle to look like the person they read about.  They were encouraged to have some parent help with the bottle part as long as they did the writing that went with it themselves.  This was one of the many ideas I have found along the way of searching Pinterest and Teacher's Pay Teachers.

    The name of the person they completed their project on, is listed BELOW the pictures.
