Arkadi Kuhlmann (born October 27, 1946) is an American-Canadian businessman.
He is best known as a banker, having been CEO of both ING Direct Canada and ING Direct USA.[1] In July 2012, Arkadi founded his sixth banking startup, ZenBanx, and was as its CEO before selling the business to SoFi in February 2017.[2][3]
In 2010, he was awarded an honorary Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) from the University of Western Ontario for his contributions to the world of business strategy.[4]
